Chief Executive Officer

• Educational Qualification:
  • BE / B.Tech Degree or equivalent degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Production / Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree / Diploma / Certificate preferably in Aeronautical Engineering / Marketing / Materials / Finance / HR Management.
• Experience:
  • External Candidates: Working at Level E-7 and above with 20 years of managerial experience, out of which at least 5 years at senior managerial level (not more than two levels below CEO/Head of Institute) in the aviation industry. Preference to candidates with experience in large organizations and managing large groups.
  • Internal Candidates: Working at Senior Management Level (E-7 and above) in AIAHL and its subsidiaries with 20 years' experience in Aviation Engineering, out of which at least 10 years at managerial level including at least 5 years at senior managerial level (Level E-7 or above).
• Age Limit: Not more than 58 years as on 01 July 2026. Age relaxation details not specified in the notification.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for the post of Chief Executive Officer at AIESL will be conducted through a two-tier process based on personal interview(s) of shortlisted candidates.
