Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Junior Resident (All Departments): MBBS degree (including completion of compulsory rotatory internship) recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Internship Completion Window: Candidates must have passed MBBS and completed internship between 01.11.2023 and 31.10.2026. Candidates who completed internship before 01.11.2023 are not eligible.
- Medical Registration: Permanent registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or any State Medical Council is mandatory at the time of joining.
- For Foreign Graduates: Must have qualified the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) and possess a valid scorecard.
- Entrance Requirement: Valid INI-CET Rank (July 2026 session) is mandatory for merit list preparation.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Merit List Preparation: Based on the last INI-CET Rank (July 2026) and aggregate percentage in MBBS (or FMGE score for foreign graduates).
- Counselling: Seat allotment through offline counselling scheduled between 02 November 2026 and 04 November 2026. Candidates must appear in person with all original certificates.
- Document Verification: Mandatory verification of original documents (Degree, Internship, DMC Registration, Caste, DOB, INI-CET Scorecard) during counselling. Without originals, candidates will not be permitted to attend counselling.
- No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for attending counselling or joining.

- DOB Certificate / 10th Mark Sheet / Passing Certificate
- MBBS Mark Sheets, Provisional Degree / Degree Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate (date between 01.11.2023 – 31.10.2026)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWBD) – OBC-NCL & EWS valid for FY 2025-26 issued between 01.04.2026 – 31.10.2026
- Permanent DMC / State Medical Council Registration Certificate
- FMGE Scorecard (if applicable)

Important: Original certificates (Degree, Internship, DOB, Caste, NMC/DMC Registration) must be brought for verification during counselling. Selected candidates' original certificates will be retained by Academic Section and returned after completion of tenure (post 31.12.2026) or upon resignation after obtaining no-dues.
