Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Chemical Technology / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Age Limit: 56 years (must be as on 30.09.2026)
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of post‑qualification work experience in project management, leadership positions (Head of Project, Site, Business Unit, Maintenance, Technical Services, Operations or Production) and demonstrable exposure to LSTK/EPC contracts, pre‑project development, engineering coordination, construction, site execution, commissioning and regulatory compliance in large‑scale fertilizer / petrochemical / refinery projects.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Since the vacancy count is low, candidates meeting the above criteria will be shortlisted for a direct interview. Document verification will be conducted prior to the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview process.
