Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Temporary Guest Teacher – Music Theory, Sitar, Tabla: Candidates with NET/SLET qualification or Ph.D. in the relevant subject will be given preference. Post Graduate degree related to the discipline with relevant teaching experience is required. Preference is given to the highest marks at the postgraduate level. Only PG specialization in the same subject is accepted.
- Temporary Guest Teacher – Computer Science: Must have cleared M.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent examination with at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Temporary Guest Accompanist – Tabla, Sarangi, Vocal: Graduates/Visharad or equivalent in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates). Age should be between 18 to 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Preference is given to All India Radio graded artists.
- Temporary Guest Accompanist – Harmonium: Graduates/Visharad or equivalent in any discipline of classical music with at least 55% marks. Candidates who have completed a Diploma or equivalent in Harmonium are preferred. Preference is also given to All India Radio graded artists.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process involves a direct walk-in interview conducted at the Office of Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Lucknow on 27 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Candidates are required to appear in person along with filled application form, self-attested photocopies of all documents, and originals of all certificates.
