Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Assistant Manager (General): Two-year Postgraduate Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in any discipline. No experience required.
• Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology. No experience required.
• Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduate in Commerce with three years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting; OR Graduate in any discipline with CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate. Experience required for Commerce route.
• Assistant Manager (Engineering - Civil): B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. No experience required.
• Assistant Manager (Engineering - Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. No experience required.
• Assistant Manager (Engineering - Mechanical): B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. No experience required.
• Junior Executive (General): Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of Computer Applications and MS Office. No experience required.
• Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with working knowledge of Computer Applications and MS Office. No experience required.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

For Assistant Manager Posts (Codes 01‑06): Online Examination → Document Verification → Interview.

For Junior Executive Posts (Codes 07‑08): Online Examination → Document Verification.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/document verification.
