1. Educational Qualification
- Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/RF & Microwave Engineering/Embedded Systems) OR Ph.D. in Sciences (Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, Photonics, Quantum Technologies). Desirable: M.Tech/M.E. & 2 years R&D experience.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/RF Microwave Engineering/Communication OR Master's degree in Physics/Electronics. Desirable: M.Tech/M.E. & PCB/Circuit design skills.
- Project Associate: Same as JRF qualifications.
- Project Assistant: Bachelor's degree in Science OR 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology.
2. Age Limit (as on Last Date)
- Research Associate (RA): 35-40 years.
- JRF / Project Associate: 28-30 years.
