Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply. However, they must have completed their graduation before the main exam.
Age Limit:
- For non-uniformed posts: Candidates must be between 21 to 33 years of age as of January 1, 2025.
- For uniformed posts: Candidates must be between 21 to 40 years of age.
There is age relaxation available for reserved category candidates as per government rules.
Selection Process
The MPPSC Recruitment 2025 selection process consists of three main stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview. In the Preliminary Examination, candidates will answer objective type questions on General Studies and Aptitude for a total of 400 marks.
Those who clear this stage will appear for the Main Examination, which includes descriptive papers on various subjects and is worth 1400 marks. Finally, candidates who perform well in the Mains will have to face an interview, a personality test worth 175 marks, to assess their suitability for the administrative role.
