Joint Director (Research): Master of Laws from any recognised University; Masters’ in Political Science or Sociology or Social Work or Economics or Human Rights or Psychology or Population Studies or Criminology from a recognised University.

Senior Research Officer: Masters’ degree in Political Science, History, Statistics, Sociology from a recognised university; Four years’ research experience in any of the social sciences.

Research Officer: Master’s Degree in Social Science from a recognised University.

Senior Research Assistant: Master Degree in Social science from a recognised university. Two years’ research experience in any of the social science.
