The Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE) is the state skill development mission of the Government of Kerala. KASE was established under the Department of Labour and Rehabilitation, Government of Kerala to Coordinate various skill development programs for different industry domains.
The primary objective of the Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE) is to establish world-class training centers that provide skilled manpower in India to meet the demands of the knowledge economy. The academy conducts activities such as controlling, monitoring, regulating, and guiding to develop soft skills, communication, etc., enabling our workforce to be on par with international workers who possess skills in modern technology, machines, and tools, as well as soft skills.
