Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

The consolidated monthly compensation does not exceed Rs. 25,000. For retired officers, the pay comprises the reduced pension amount plus prescribed mobile and conveyance allowances as per the bank's contract terms. Travel expenses for official journeys are reimbursed as per bank norms.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the FLCC Counselor/Director post must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, Internet usage, and basic understanding of the local language.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be less than 65 years of age with good health, as of 31 October 2026. Retired officers must be at least 45 years of age.
• Preferred Candidates: Retired Scale 1 officers of nationalized banks or Regional Rural Banks (RRBs); ex-servicemen; or bank employees who served as rural school teachers with banking and financial service experience. IIBF certification is an added advantage.
• Residency: Applicants must be residents of Rajasthan, preferably from Jhalawar, Baran, or nearby districts.
• Service Record: Retired officers must have a clean service record without any major penalty during their employment.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for FLCC Counselor/Director posts is based on the following process:

• Personal Interview: All eligible candidates who submit valid applications within the deadline will be called for a personal interview.
• Final Decision: The bank's decision in the selection process is final and binding on all candidates.
• No TA/DA: No travel or dearness allowance will be paid for attending the interview unless otherwise specified by the bank.
