Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Post: Academic Resource Person (ARP)
• Qualification: Graduation degree with a teacher training qualification.
• Experience: At least 5 years of teaching experience in council primary or upper primary schools under Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P.
• Service Left: At least 5 years must remain before retirement as on 05 November 2026.
• Disciplinary Record: No inquiry pending; never found guilty in disciplinary proceedings.
• Prior Tenure: Former ARPs who completed maximum 3-year tenure cannot apply, except if a block has fewer applications than posts.
• Who Can Apply: Only teachers working in council schools under Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection is through a written test followed by an interview. The final merit list is based on combined marks.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test or interview.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth

Get the application forwarded by your Block Education Officer (compulsory). Put in a sealed envelope, write the development block name clearly in bold on top, and send only by Registered Post or Speed Post to: District Basic Education Officer Office, Court Road, Moradabad, PIN-244001. Applications received after 05 November 2026, 5:00 PM or not sent by registered/speed post will be rejected.
