• Technical Expert – Experience Required: Experience in Village Industries, MSME, Handicrafts, Cottage Industry; OR retired officials of KVIC, KVIB, DIC, MSME DI, NSIC, and COIR Board not below the rank of Assistant Director.
• Technical Expert – Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in local language of the State besides official language; knowledge of Machinery / Raw Material / Production process / Identification of potential activities in respective areas; knowledge of PMEGP scheme, guidelines and procedure.
• Retired / Ex Bank Officials – Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Retired / Ex Bank Officials – Experience Required: 15 years of experience in banking with minimum 3 years as a Branch Manager.
• Retired / Ex Bank Officials – Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of preparing and appraising project reports; knowledge of techno-economic viability of projects; well-versed in local language.
• Age Limit (Both Posts): Maximum 65 years as on the date of application.

Selection Process & Screening Clause
