Job Roles and Eligibility Criteria
LPSC has recently released recruitment notifications for the following positions:
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’
The post of Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline with an aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84/10. Candidates must also have a valid GATE score in the respective discipline.
Technical Assistant
The post of Technical Assistant requires a Diploma in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline with an aggregate of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.0/10.
Technician ‘B’
The post of Technician ‘B’ requires a 10th pass with a minimum of 60% marks and ITI/NTC/NAC in the respective trade.
Draughtsman ‘B’
The post of Draughtsman ‘B’ requires a 10th pass with a minimum of 60% marks and ITI/NTC/NAC in Draughtsman (Mechanical) trade.

Selection Process
The selection process for the LPSC recruitment 2023 consists of a written test and a personal interview. The written test will be conducted in the respective centers of LPSC. The candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for a personal interview. The final selection will
be based on the candidate’s performance in the written test and the personal interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the written test and interview.

Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) is the lead Centre for development and realization of earth-to-orbit advanced propulsion stages for Launch Vehicles and also the in-space propulsion systems for Spacecrafts. The LPSC activities and facilities are spread across its two campuses viz., LPSC Headquarters and Design Offices at Valiamala/Thiruvananthapuram, and Spacecraft Propulsion Systems Activities at LPSC, Bengaluru/Karnataka.
LPSC is vested with the responsibility of design, development and system engineering of high performance Space Propulsion Systems employing Earth Storable and Cryogenic Propellants for ISRO’s Launch Vehicles and Satellites.
