What are the steps we need to follow to get government job after completion of 12th commerce?

Am a student of class 12th commerce, I want a govt. job after passing 12th. But I am not getting any clue about how to get it.I want to get a JOB. Hope u give me an answer. Hope that someone would guide me from here?
