Pay Scale: Pay Band-2 (₹14,000 - ₹70,000) + Grade Pay of ₹6,200 + other allowances.
Selection Process
- OMR-based Written Test of 120 minutes duration for 100 marks (100 questions).
- Subjects: Biology (40 marks), Chemistry (20 marks), Physics (20 marks), General Awareness (20 marks).
- Standard: HSSLC (Class 12) Science level.
- Mandatory Training: Selected candidates must undergo a 1-year training in Elementary Knowledge of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science at the School of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Assam, Ghungoor, Silchar, and pass the training before appointment.
