Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• No formal educational qualification required.
• Language: Candidate must be able to speak the Kannada language.
• Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 50 years as on 21.09.2026. No age relaxation available.
• Citizenship: Must be Indian citizens.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection is based on scrutiny and priority criteria, with no written examination or interview:

1. Priority 1: Candidates with at least one year's prior service as Pourakarmika, Loader, UGD Helper, or Cleaner, ranked by seniority.
2. Priority 2: Family members of Pourakarmikas who died during COVID-19 duty or in service.
3. Priority 3: Candidates with at least one year's experience in allied roles (Loaders, UGD Helpers, Cleaners, etc.).
4. Priority 4: 10% posts reserved for legal heirs of persons under Manual Scavengers Act-related circumstances.
5. Remaining posts filled from other categories if needed, following due procedure.

Applications must be submitted through the local body; direct submissions will not be considered. No TA/DA will be paid.

• Caste/Category Certificate in Central Government format (if applicable).
