Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Manager (Admission): Master's Degree with 60% marks; preference for MBA. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in government, PSU, or equivalent in industry, with specific levels of pay experience.
• Assistant Manager (Accounts): Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with 55% marks. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in government, PSU, or equivalent in industry, with specific levels of pay experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process involves shortlisting followed by assessments:

• Manager (Admission): Shortlisted candidates will undergo a proficiency test in Microsoft Excel and written communication skills, followed by an interview before the Selection Committee.
• Assistant Manager (Accounts): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written Test/Computer Test, which may include Subject Knowledge, English & Communication, Aptitude, and Practical Computer Skills. This is followed by an interview.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the tests or interview.
