Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch or discipline and a first class in the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout.
• Experience: Minimum 06 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research/professional experience, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor in an academic institution or Senior Scientific Officer/Senior Design Engineer or equivalent position in a research organization or industry as on the date of application.
• Research Requirements: Demonstrated adequate experience of independent research in terms of guidance of M.Tech. and Ph.D. students, strong record of publications in journals of high impact factor, patents, laboratory/course development, and/or other recognized relevant professional activities.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Screening: Shortlisting based on qualifications, experience, and academic achievements.
2. Presentation & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Presentation followed by a Personal Interview.
3. Travel Reimbursement: Candidates called for interview will be reimbursed for to and fro travel expenses within India, provided Economy Class Air Fare Tickets are purchased exclusively through authorized travel agents (IRCTC, BLCL, or ATT).
4. Accommodation: Available on a payment basis in the Institute Guest House subject to availability.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Ph.D., M.Tech./M.Sc., B.Tech./B.Sc.).
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (proof of 6 years post-Ph.D. experience).
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (if employed in Govt/Semi-Govt/Public Sector/Universities).
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Applicants employed in Government and Semi-Government organizations, Public Undertakings, Universities, and Educational Institutions should submit their application through proper channel or submit "No Objection Certificate" from the current employer at the time of Interview. In absence of the same, the applicant will not be permitted to attend the Interview.
