Andhra Pradesh Government Holiday 2022: The list of holidays can differ from one state to another depending upon the state and which festivals are prominent in the region. Andhra Pradesh is a state in the south-eastern coastal region of India. It is the seventh-largest state by area covering an area of 162,975 km² and the tenth-most populous state with 49,386,799 inhabitants, with the state capital being Amaravati. 

India celebrates three national holidays every year; in January, we celebrate Republic Day to honour the creation of our constitution. Independence Day is celebrated in August to honour freedom from the United Kingdom. Finally, Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated in October.
