Company secretary is a senior position in a private sector company or public sector organization, normally in the form of a managerial position or above. Sometimes a company secretary is typically named a corporate secretary or secretary.
The Examination pattern of the CS foundation December 2015 examination is as follows.
- There will be four papers containing 50 Question each.
- For each correct answer, candidate will be awarded 2 marks.
- Maximum marks to be scored in each paper – 100.
