UIIC Exam Syllabus – Assistants Exam

United India Insurance Company (UIIC) Limited conduct a Online written examination for the recruitment of 684 Assistants for its Offices all over India. In this article we will discuss about United India Insurance Company (UIIC) Limited Assistants exams syllabus, Pattern & Eligibility Criteria.


Assistants Exam Pattern : 

This exam have Only One Paper of Online Exam.The Online examination will consist of one objective type paper. The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. Candidates will have to qualify in the Computer Proficiency Test for final selection. No separate marks will be awarded for Computer Proficiency Test.

  • Maximum Marks : 250
  • No. of Questions : 200 Question
  • Duration : 2 Hours (120 Minute)

This time the exam is going to be online. This exam consists of the following sections.

Reasoning :

  • Maximum Marks : 50 Marks
  • No. of Questions : 40 Question

English Language :

  • Maximum Marks : 50 Marks
  • No. of Questions : 40 Question

Numerical Ability :

  • Maximum Marks : 50 Marks
  • No. of Questions : 40 Question

General Knowledge :

  • Maximum Marks : 50 Marks
  • No. of Questions : 40 Question

Computer Knowledge :

  • Maximum Marks : 50 Marks

Note : Total marks obtained as above shall be proportionately reduced to a base of 35 marks.

Negative Marking : 0.25 Marks deducted for Wrong answer.

Fourth section is Quantitative Aptitude in this question will have five multiple-choice answers. The question in this selection may be based on two topics like as Arithmetic and Data Interpretation.

Eligibility Criteria :

Graduate from a recognized University OR Pass in HSC/ Equivalent (XII pass) examination with 60% marks (50% for Ex-servicemen, SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities) and the candidate should have passed in English as one of the subjects at SSC/ HSC/ Intermediate/ Graduation level and Knowledge of Regional Language i.e. Language of the State of Recruitment is essential.
