UPTET 2021 exam was held at 4,365 exam centres across 75 districts in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates can avail the UPTET 2021 exam analysis and question paper for paper 1 now. The UPTET answer key release date is January 27 and the result date is February 25.

UPTET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) prescribes the UPTET eligibility criteria 2021 which includes the academic qualifications, age criteria and nationality of the candidates.
Age Criteria: Candidates who are between 18-35 years old, they are eligible to appear for the UPTET 2021 exam
Academic Qualifications: Those candidates who have completed their graduation or are in the final year, they will be eligible to apply for the UPTET 2021 exam
Nationality of the citizens : Candidates who are citizens of India, Tibet, Bhutan and Nepal, they will be eligible to apply for the UPTET 2021 exam.
UPTET Paper 1 Eligibility Criteria
UPTET Eligibility Criteria – Class I to V (Paper – I)
Candidates must have passed bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and must be in 2 years of D.El.Ed (B.T.C) from NCTE recognized institution
Or, candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and 2 years diploma ( D.Ed ) from NCTE
Or, candidates who have scored 45% marks in graduation and have B.Ed degree
Or, Candidates must have a graduation degree and a diploma in teaching from Aligarh Muslim University
Or, candidates must have scored 50% marks in class 12th or its equivalent and should have passed or appeaing in B.El.Ed
Or, candidates with graduation degree and must have been appearing or completed two years of B.T.C(Urdu, Special Education)
UPTET Paper 2 Eligibility Criteria
UPTET Eligibility Criteria – Class VI to VIII (Paper-II)
Candidates with 50% marks in graduation and must be appearing or passed B.Ed/B.Ed special education from Rehabilitation Council of India(RCI).
Or, they must have secured 50% marks in Senior Secondary or its equivalent and also they must have passed/appearing in the final year of four years of B.A / B.Sc .Ed or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed
Or, candidates must have scored 50% marks in class 12th or its equivalent and also they must have passed/appearing in the final year of four years of Bachelors in Elementary Education ( B.El.Ed)
Or, they must have a bachelors degree with at least 50% marks and must have passed or appearing in one year of B.Ed (Special Education)

The OMR sheet will be scanned through an optical scanner. So, the candidates should fill in all necessary details carefully. The details that need to fill are given below.

No, candidates are not allowed to do any kind of rough work on the UPTET OMR sheet. However, the space for the rough work will be available on the test booklet, candidates can do all the rough work there. Candidates are allowed to take the test booklet along with them. While answering the question in the UPTET exam, candidates must analyze their answers before filling out the OMR sheet. However, students have the liberty to answer all the questions as there is no negative marking in the UPTET 2021 exam.

Candidates need to be quite attentive while filling out the OMR sheet and answering the questions. Minor mistakes will lead to the disqualification of the candidate from the UPTET exam 2021.
- Do not use a pencil anywhere in the OMR sheet
- Do not fold the UPTET answer sheet
- Do not make any specific mark or write anything other than the required details and the answer choice.
- While answering the question, make sure that the circle is properly filled. Do not leave it half-filled or light-shaded.
- If you the candidate do not want to answer any question, leave the circle empty
