All candidates must have experience in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs or outsourcing agencies providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. Certificate issued by the Executive Engineer (JSV) is required.

Skills:Para Pump Operator: Knowledge of pump repair, fault location, electrical systems, installation, lubrication, and cooling systems. Para Fitter: Knowledge of pipe fitting, repairing water supply lines, cutting threads, and using tools. Both: Ability to carry tools and pipes in hilly areas, no physical disabilities or color blindness.

Age Limit:Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years of age as of the application deadline.

Salary (per month): Fixed Honorarium: ₹7,100/- per month for Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter; ₹6,000/- per month for Para Multi-purpose Worker.
