All pay figures are consolidated monthly remuneration on a contractual basis. Age relaxation: 1 year per year of university service up to a maximum of 5 years for experienced candidates; SC/ST/OBC relaxation as per rules.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Junior Software Developer (5 posts): Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Applications; BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT; or Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications. Must have knowledge of PHP (core) web frameworks including Laravel/CodeIgniter, front-end technologies (CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5), object-oriented PHP programming, and MySQL/MariaDB/MSSQL. Minimum 2 years of professional PHP development experience required.
• Senior Software Developer (2 posts): Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Applications; BE/B.Tech in CS or IT; or Diploma in CS/Computer Applications. Must have knowledge of PHP web frameworks (Yii/Laravel/CodeIgniter), front-end technologies (CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5), object-oriented PHP programming, and MySQL/MariaDB/MSSQL. Minimum 5 years of professional PHP development experience required. Technology certification, Docker, virtualization, and containerization are considered added advantages.
• Hardware Engineer (1 post): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Hardware & Networking or related field; or Three-year Diploma in Computer Hardware/Networking or related field; or ITI in Computer Hardware & Network Maintenance / Computer Hardware Assistant. Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and support of computer hardware, printers, and network components. Familiarity with latest hardware devices and market trends required.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection of candidates for MGU recruitment is based on an interview for shortlisted candidates. The process follows these stages:

1. Application Scrutiny: Applications received via email and post will be screened for eligibility against the prescribed qualification and experience criteria.
2. Shortlisting: Candidates meeting the eligibility requirements will be shortlisted. The date and time for the interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through their registered email ID or phone number.
