Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Graduate engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communications discipline.
• Experience for Chief General Manager Level:
  • For IDA/PSU applicants: 20 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min 4 years in IDA scale equivalent to ₹120,000-280,000 or above.
  • For CDA scale applicants: 20 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min 4 years at Pay Matrix Level 14 NFSAG under 7th CPC.
  • For private industry: 23 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min CTC of ₹2,50,000 per month.
• Experience for General Manager Level:
  • For IDA/PSU applicants: 17 years executive experience (10 years relevant), working in IDA scale equivalent to ₹120,000-280,000 or at least 2 years in ₹100,000-260,000 scale.
  • For CDA scale applicants: 17 years post-qualification executive experience (10 years relevant), at Pay Matrix Level 14 or equivalent, or 2 years at Level 13/13A.
  • For private industry: 20 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min CTC of ₹2,25,000 per month.
