Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Senior Project Assistant: M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory: Candidate must have qualified a National Level JRF eligibility test such as NET, GATE or GPAT.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with 2 years of experience in organic synthesis, purification and characterization will be preferred.
- Desirable: Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of organic synthesis and separation/purification techniques including distillation, crystallization, extraction and chromatography.
- Technical Skills: Experience operating equipment used for chemical synthesis and purification, and interpreting spectral data from NMR, MS, IR and HPLC techniques.
- Soft Skills: Knowledge of safe lab practices and SOPs; hardworking team player with interpersonal skills.
- Age Limit: Below 32 years. No age relaxation or specific age-counting date is mentioned in the notification.
