- Head of School (School of Languages): Master's degree with 55% marks and Ph.D. in relevant language/literature/linguistics; Associate Professor or above
- Head of School (School of Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Studies): Master's degree with 55% marks and Ph.D. in interdisciplinary/transdisciplinary domain; Associate Professor or above
- Head of School (School of Vocational Education and Training): Master's degree with 55% marks and Ph.D. in vocational/technical discipline; Associate Professor or above
- Head of School (School of Science): Master's degree with 55% marks and Ph.D. in science discipline; Associate Professor or above
- Head of School (School of Humanities and Social Science): Master's degree with 55% marks and Ph.D. in humanities/social science; Associate Professor or above
- Head of School (School of Law and Business Studies): Master's degree with 55% marks and Ph.D. in Law/Management/Commerce; Associate Professor or above
- Head of School (School of Communication and Information Science): Master's degree with 55% marks and Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Library Science or above
