Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

For Deputy Vice President (IT Risk):

  • Basic Qualification (Any one):
    • BE/BTech in Computer Science / Electronics & Communications / IT / Cybersecurity from a recognized university (Min. 50% marks).
    • MCA / MSc (Computer Science) / MSc (IT) from a recognized university (Min. 50% marks).
    • MTech in Computer Science / Cyber Security / Information Security from a recognized university (Min. 50% marks).
  • Preferred Certifications: Any one out of CISSP, CRISC, CISM, and CISA (Valid as on last date of registration).
  • Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT Domain, with at least 6 years in IT Risk Management or Information Security preferable.

For Assistant Vice President (IT Risk):

  • Basic Qualification: Same as Deputy Vice President (IT Risk).
  • Preferred Certifications: Same as Deputy Vice President (IT Risk).
  • Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 9 years in IT Domain, with at least 5 years in IT Risk Management or Information Security preferable.

Note: Training/Teaching experience will NOT be counted for eligibility.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility. Mere fulfillment does not guarantee interview call. The Bank's shortlisting committee will decide parameters.
  2. Interview: Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks at Bank's discretion.
  3. CTC Negotiation: Held with candidates in merit order. Non-acceptance leads to voluntary exit, and the next candidate is considered.
  4. Merit List: Prepared solely based on interview scores. Tie-breaker: Age (higher age ranks higher).
  5. Final Selection: Top candidates from merit list with successful CTC negotiation.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
