| Technical Qualification (Pathway 2 - Annexure B) | NTC/NAC in relevant trade + NCIC + 3 years relevant experience. |
| Punjabi Language | Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject. |
| Age Limit | 18 to 37 years (General) as on 01.01.2026. Relaxations: SC/BC (Punjab): 42 years; Government Employees: 45 years; Ex-servicemen: as per rules; Widows/Divorcees: up to 40 years. |
Application Fee: ₹1,500 (General); ₹750 (SC/BC of Punjab); ₹500 (Ex-Serviceman/EWS/PwD/LDESM of Punjab).
Salary: ₹35,400/- (Level-6) as per 7th CPC.
Selection Process
- Written Examination: Objective Type (MCQ). Each correct answer: 1 mark; each wrong answer: -¼ mark.
- Merit List: Based on written exam marks. Tie-breaking: older date of birth → higher percentage in required qualification → higher marks in Matriculation.
- Counseling & Document Verification: Candidates are called based on merit and category-wise vacancies.
