Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduate with MBA/ PG Degree/PG Diploma, or, equivalent in HRM/ HRD/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social work/ Labour Welfare.
Experience: Should have worked in a senior capacity for at least 5 years with an overall minimum experience of 20 years in the field of personnel/administration / HR in any Government Department / State or Central PSUs / Large Public Limited Company. Knowledge of Kannada is essential.

Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), a joint venture of Government of India and Government of Karnataka is a Special Purpose Vehicle entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Bangalore Metro Rail Project.
