Educational Qualification: Those retired as JS/DS/US/Director level position from Central/State Government/ Autonomous bodies / Ministries / other Govt. Departments. Or Employees of PSUs under Govt. of India superannuated as General Manager / Group General Manager in specific domain areas such as Biotechnology, Technical and International Project Managements, or any other relevant area of requirement.

The prime objective of Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) is to sensitize the Biotechnology Industries for Public Health / Agriculture / Food Securities / Green Technology & Industry by setting up Enterprise, Academia and Research about the Government Funding to support Innovation Ecosystem effective Grant proposal for Industry use of Management of Intellectual Property tools.
