Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (with Personnel/Finance specialization) of two years’ duration from a recognized university/ All India Council for Technical Education approved institution; Or Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Finance of two years’ duration from a recognized university/All India Council For Technical Education approved Institution.

Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) was established on 23rd November 1986. BIS is the national Standards Body of India working under Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India. Bureau of Indian Standards headquarters is located in New Delhi. It also works as WTO-TBT enquiry point for India.
