Educational Qualification:
LLB.
Certificate of Enrollment as Advocate with Bar Counsel
Experience at the Bar in handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
An unconditional willingness/agreement to act on general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocates.
CBI Special Public Prosecutors, who have experience in handling criminal matters, require a minimum of 10 years of experience as advocates to be considered as advocates.
