Educational Qualification:
Deputy Registrar: Candidates Should have Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in Management / HR / Finance / Materials / Computer Applications / Engineering / Law, or a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) for Finance & Accounts/Internal Audit.

Deputy Librarian: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks. Ph.D. in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives. Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration.

Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Candidates Should have First-class Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering. Desirable: Master’s Degree in Construction Management / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. Knowledge of CAD and relevant software is a plus.

Assistant Registrar: Candidates Should have Master’s degree with at least 55% marks. Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in Management / HR / Finance / Materials / Computer Applications / Engineering / Law, or a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) for Finance & Accounts/Internal Audit.

Sports Officer: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science with first-class or equivalent. Qualifying in the National Level Test by UGC or a Diploma in Coaching from the National Institute of Sports or equivalent. Must pass the physical fitness test as per UGC regulations.

Medical Officer: Candidates Should have MBBS Degree included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. Desirable: MD in General Medicine or Psychiatry, or Post-Graduate diploma in relevant fields.

Senior Superintendent: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Desirable: MBA in HR / Finance / Materials or Degree in Law, or PG Diploma in HR / Finance / Materials / Computer Applications.

Physical Education Instructor: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science with first-class or 50%. Diploma in Coaching from NIS or equivalent Institute. Must qualify in the physical fitness test as per UGC regulations.

Counselling Superintendent: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree (50%) in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling) or Social Work (Medical & Psychiatric). Desirable: Additional qualification in Mental Health and Counselling, and knowledge of Yogic and Traditional Healing Therapies.

Junior Engineer (Civil): Candidates Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with first class from a recognized University/Institute. Or a diploma in Civil Engineering with first-class.

Junior Library Superintendent: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science with 55% marks Or Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science with first-class. Desirable: Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application / Digital Library Management / Library Automation.

Junior Technical Assistant: Candidates Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Technology / Engineering with at least 55% marks in the relevant field.

Junior Office Assistant (MS): Candidates Should have Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in any discipline. Excellent proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Junior Assistant (MS): Candidates Should have Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in any discipline. Excellent proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi/English Typing, shorthand, secretarial practices, or translation from English to Hindi and vice versa.

Lab Assistant: Candidates Should have B.Sc. (Physics / Chemistry / Earth & Environmental Sciences / Biological Sciences) with 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: Master’s degree in science.

Attendant: Candidates Should have Matriculation or a three-year Diploma from a recognized University/Institute in a relevant field.
