Educational Qualification:
Section Officer (A/C & Admin): At least II class degree of a recognized university with 8 (eight) years experience relating to establishment/ administration / accounts in reputed organizations (preferably in a research institute) in supervisory capacity; Preference to persons with Diploma in Business Mgt/ Personnel Mgt.
Scientific Assistant-II: B.Sc / Diploma in Engineering /Technology of three years duration or Equivalent; Three years relevant experience.
Scientific Assistant-I: B.Sc / Diploma in Engineering /Technology of three years duration or Equivalent.
Lab Assistant: SSC with ITI Trade Certificate / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) OR HSC (12th) Science (Physics/Chemistry/Maths should be one of the main subjects in 12th Science).
Pay Scale:
INR
19900-142400/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

It was established in the year 1989 as a joint project by Ministry of Mines, Government of India and United Nations Development Program. It is the only institute in India pursuing the cause of R&D from bauxite to finished products under one roof to provide technical inputs to Indian aluminum industries for optimum utilization of existing facilities and growth of their technical capabilities. Services offered by JNARDDC are the geological evaluation of ore deposits, technological evaluation of bauxite, up-gradation of laterite and research on alloy development, management of industrial wastes, process control, and mathematical modeling.
