Educational Qualification:
(i) Ph.D. Degree
(ii) Professor / Associate Professor with a total service / experience of at least fifteen years of teaching / research in Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of Higher Education.
(iii) A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC - listed journals.
(iv) A minimum of 110 Research Score as per Annexure-V.

Pay Scale:
INR
Level-14 Per Month

Age Limit: As Per Rules.

The College has come a long way since its inception in 1967 and is now seen as a destination where students can embrace their future with hope and confidence. The College had a humble beginning as ‘Government College Devnagar’; within a year the college was shifted to the present location, again a Government School building, in East Patel Nagar.

The College initially offered Undergraduate Programme Courses in Humanities and pure Science (Group B). The introduction of Humanities Honours Courses in 1971; Commerce (Prog.) in 1977; Honours Courses in Sciences - Physics (1990), Mathematics (1992), Computer Science (1997); professional course of Journalism (1995); Honours in Commerce (1998) reflect the evolutionary flow of Kalindi. Postgraduate Courses in Political Science (1987), Hindi (1991) and Sanskrit (1992) were also added in its kitty. Recently Honours courses in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Geography are also introduced.
