The functioning of the Corporation will be paperless and transparent to every stakeholder. The work of the Corporation's website and Online Works Management System (BDC-OWMS) has been completed and a mobile application is also being prepared. Estimates, drawings, technical approvals, tenders, contracts, work orders, payments, inspections, progress reports of works, etc. to be used in all projects will be prepared online, and all the above information will be available on the website of the corporation.
