Educational Qualification:
i. Master’s Degree from a recognized University.
ii. Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
iii. Certificate course in computer application equivalent to ‘O’ level Foundation course from a DOEACC recognized institute. iv. Proficiency in one of the regional languages as well as proficiency in Hindi and English.
Pay Scale:
INR
67700-208700/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.

(iii) Cadre clearance, and
(iv) major/minor penalty statement for the last 10 years should reach the Director General , Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation, Block DD-34, Sector-I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700064, superscripting the name of the post, through proper channel within a period of 45 days from the date (excluding the first day of the publication) of publication of advertisement in the Employment News. About Raja Ram Mohan Roy Library Foundation
RRRLF is a central autonomous organization established and fully financed by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. RRRLF is registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961. It is the nodal agency of the Government of India to support public library services and systems and promote the public library movement in the country commensurate with the objectives as embodied in its Memorandum of Association.
The supreme policy-making body of RRRLF is called the Foundation. It consists of 22 members nominated by the Government of India from among eminent educationists, librarians, administrators, and senior officials. The Minister of the Department of Culture, Government of India, or his nominee is the Chairman of RRRLF. Shri Gangapuram Kishan Reddy is the present Chairman of RRRLF and Prof Ajay Pratap Singh, Director General is the executive head and ex-officio Member-Secretary of the Foundation.
