Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Coordinator – Weekend MBA: Postgraduate degree in Management/MBA or equivalent from a recognised university/institution. Experience: 2–3 years in programme coordination, academic administration, executive education or similar role (IIM/reputed B-school experience preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, digital tools. Willingness to work weekends.
- Assistant – Weekend MBA: Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university/institution. Experience: Desirable in office administration, academic support, student services or programme administration. Good communication, organisational skills, MS Office proficiency. Willingness to work weekends.
- Technical Support Staff – Weekend MBA: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Electronics or equivalent. Desirable: Certification in networking/AV/multimedia/IT support; experience in IT support, AV operations, video conferencing, live streaming, hybrid classroom ops (preferably in educational/corporate training); knowledge of Zoom/Teams/Google Meet; troubleshooting hardware/software/connectivity/AV issues; basic video recording/editing/uploading; good communication, weekend availability.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Selection through interview and/or skill test and/or any other test deemed appropriate by the Institute.
- Shortlisting: Meeting eligibility does not guarantee interview call. Institute may limit shortlisted candidates based on higher qualifications/experience.
- Stages: Depending on application volume/quality, Institute may conduct skill test and/or interview. Shortlisted candidates informed via email.
